  • Benefits:
    Protects Product from damage due to accidental incidents, exposure to liquids, or static electricity/short circuits.

  • Protects you from reactions to product use and the placement of medical expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Before going to the final check out page you will be offered protection by ticking the protection box at TTS Platform.

Protection plan prices will vary depending on the price of the item being purchased. You may view the price at the checkout page.

You cannot cancel or request a refund for the Protection Plan service.

Protection Plan period will follow the period written in the Policy Summary that you will receive for each purchase of your product.

How To Make Claim

  1. Go to your Order Page, and you can find the “Make a Claim” button under information about policy insurance.

  2. Submit your claim within a maximum 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of loss of the product or inconvenience happened.

  3. Complete all required basic information & claim documents within 30 (thirty) calendar days since the Claim Submission Date.

  4. Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed. Please ensure your email & phone number remains active to receive contact if there are further questions related to your claim.
